Great location, with secure underground parking. 2 tram stops from city centre. Sky Bar and 15th Floor Sauna with City views were great facilities. Tram stop just over 100m from hotel. Staff very helpful with directions/how to use trams etc

Like the size of the room, small touch with the plush toy , free drinks and snacks in the fridget. The bed is very comfortable, good climatise.
The water pressure was not so good on the 13th floor, the gap in the shower cabinet could be cleaner.

The room was nicely presented and the items in the fridge were very welcome.
The shower door didn't close properly so the floor was very wet when I came out.

The breakfast selection was very extensive, with everything you can think of. Made to order eggs and coffee.
the view from the breakfast area is amazing, overlooking the whole city.
The room has a free minibar included in the price (although some glasses in the room would be nice)
The light in the shower did not work. The headboard of the bed is not fixed to the wall, so I woke up in the middle of the night from the headboard falling on my head, which was a scary thing if you are alone in the room.

Great hotel with a fantastic view to the city and a rooftop bar. Great staff, and the room is decorated in a very special and comfy manner. You will not forget it!
The staff at the snack/bar at the ground floor was super nice and friendly. Prices were ok as well.
Breakfast is on a top level and the view is just gorgeous.
The wifi on the floor did not work. We had to either go downstairs at the reception, the top floor or use our phone data. We were told that only our floor was impacted but nothing was fixed during the 48 hours we stayed there.

Wonderful design, good location, great facilities, but above all the staff were amazing! Attentive, helpful, kind and friendly.
