Stayed here 2 times in a row this summer. However, in comparison with our stay here 2 years ago, it was less pleasant.
Staff is still perfect.
Unclear lightning system. Lots of lamps, but not enough time in the shower area. All facilities look dated, like it was a great idea and realization several years ago, but everything needs proper maintenance, and this hotel doesn't provide it. Something is broken, loose, dirty, or unstable. I like the vibes of this hotel bench. However, without maintenance, I will not stay there again.

We had another amazing stay at 25hours Hotel Das Tour! Fin and Vivien at reception were incredibly helpful in arranging us a great room and helped us with the bike rental. The bikes were excellent and well-maintained and made it really easy to get around the city. The breakfast was outstanding as always with a fantastic variety, and the view from the restaurant absolutely stunning. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. This hotel never disappoints with its great service and great atmosphere. It's perfect base for a trip to Düsseldorf. Can’t wait to come back again!
