Disappointing
We did not like anything at all about this hotel!
The way we were received when we arrived, wet and cold after a whole daycycling in the rain. Very unkind woman told us to move our bikes immediately! No
words of welcome or anything. We had to put our bikes in the rain instead of under a carport because of nonsense reasons. There was no restaurant open, no breakfast possible and we were not helped with our luggage. No excuses for horrible treatment. The hotel was old, out of fashion. Never go there, because it is the worst Germany has to offer.

The inside was nice and room comfortable with coffee making facilities. The breakfast was nice.
We were disappointed the bar / restaurant was not open - we weren't told this in advance.

Wonderful
Very comfortable room with excellent shower and plenty space. Extremely helpful host who gave us useful information about the area and spoke good English. Well placed for travelling back towards Calais from Germany.
Bar and restaurant were closed on the evening we arrived (Monday) but host pointed us in direction of good local eateries.

Breakfast was very good - not included in price. Great with parking close to the room. Bathroom was great.
Bed was too low and had a wooden frame so you could not sit on the bed without hurting your legs. Restaurant wasn’t open neither was the bar, food in the chip shop across the street was not good and of course they only took cash.

Nice room, receptionist was lovely, breakfast ok.
A bit Expensive considering the restaurant and bar no longer open, having to pay to park the car, no place to eat or drink in the small town.

The advertisement is with restaurant on site, but it is not possible to eat here. The staff mentioned that the restaurant was closed due to holidays, but I guess the closure is permanent. So out into the little city to get some food….only two options, both no good

Personal was super nice and room was clean, flexibil check in and check out. Thats top.
The hotel is ready for reconstruction. The place is moldy and smell like it, i had to sleep with my window open.
