Staff was friendly, breakfast was ok. Mattresses were good. Location was amazing and very central.
The room was very warm, without any ac or fan or any other form of temperature regulation. When opening the window, which does not sufficiently help with the heat in the room, the noise on the street kept waking me up throughout the night. The "view of the city" from the room just means you're looking at the building opposite the street. The television only has German channels and the room is in need of renovation. The shower head and rims of the shower base are in need of replacement or at least mold and limescale removal. Also, I didn't like the two separate mattresses with two one-person blankets. This hotel does not measure up to other 4* hotels.

Horrible experience, I woke up in the morning with someone knocking on the door trying to get into my room three times. It turned out to be the cleaning guy. He tried a time after time to enter my room while he the door was closed locks and I was sleeping and when I open the door and ask him what’s happening he said ‘why are you not getting out of the room so I can clean the room’ and I said look the checkout is at 12:00 And why should I get out earlier at 09:30? He said because he wants to clean the room. this is horrible very very bad experience. I have never experienced this before any other hotel in my life.

The building looks nice from the outside, and its location is quite convenient. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable, and practical. One small but pleasant surprise was that I took two extra bottles of water at check-out, and they didn’t charge me for them. Also, the sauna was a great addition to my stay.
I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed on a Saturday, which was unexpected. Additionally, the receptionist, Ms. Merve, could have been more welcoming. When I checked in, I had to wait while she was busy on the computer, and she didn’t even acknowledge me or say something like, "Please wait, I’ll be with you shortly." Instead, she looked at me as if wondering why I was there or as if she was being forced to work. This made me feel unwelcome at the very beginning of my stay. A little more hospitality would definitely enhance the guest experience.

We stayed in a spacious suite. The room, sheets, towels and the bathroom were clean. Breakfast spread was lovely.
Our room was cold and we had to use the heaters provided in the room. Furniture, especially the sofa, is dated and stained. Need to be cleaned, updated or changed. Bar closes very early.
