The room was beyond our expectations, with its excellent style and cleanliness, especially considering the affordable price. All members of staff were polite and spoke English fluently. Moreover, the hotel is located in a great area, which is not too far from the city center, with shops and restaurants, as well as being close to the bus station. Additionally, the hotel has a 24-hour reception, which was really convenient for us. When we asked them if we could check-in during the night, they were very accommodating.
I didn't like the mattress and the pillows. We asked for additional pillows because they were not very comfortable. The mattress was very hard, which is a matter of personal preference. My partner liked it, but I had some trouble sleeping. However, this is subjective, and it was the only issue I found.

Nice big clean room and a bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Calm and Close to the center. Easy parking
The room was not heated when we arrive and it was a bit cold for a while. The pillows were to thin and soft. A second pillow would have been nice.

Room very comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Easy parking. Easy walk into town. Birds singing in morning was lovely especially as in an urban area. Would use again.
Just one extra thing. A kettle in the room.

Breakfast is next-level. Clean and neat hotel (business like) 10 min walk through park to get to main shopping street (Christmas market)
A member of check-in desk has hard time keeping up w/ the times (booking.com details, asking if we've paid while we just paid)

Spacious and clean hotel room. The area is very quiet even with the window open at night. Very friendly staff. City center is only a short walk away. Combined with various public transport options nearby this makes the hotel a perfect spot for a city trip.

The hotel was located close to the train station making it easy to travel
The hotel is not like the pictures, room is tiny, bed are super low to the floor and are very small. Also, the room was very dirty with hair on the bed. The corridors between the rooms and the elevator are very old and scary
