It has private parking.
We booked a room for 3ppl. Arrived at reception who told us that only have a double room. Our kid has to share bed with us but no compensation. Told us that won't charge our parking fee which supposed to be included (at least last year was). So we paid 40% more than a double room for nothing.

The staffs are very friendly. I instantly like the place very much.
Very clean and have everything we need!
My side of bed had problem but I guess just my luck. Daughter and husband all slept very well.

Clean room. Bathroom was really nice. They do provide breakfast which is always a plus. And connections with public transport are decent with station Marxloh pollmann nearby.
Staff was superficially friendly but not very forthcoming or service orientated. Breakfast was kind of stale and oftentimes there would be nobody around in the morning to answer any questions. If you aren't out by 11 your room won't be cleaned for the day and they were very strict about not letting another guest into the room even if they weren't staying overnight.
