Pleasant
The breakfast was good. The room is spacious.
The room feels dated and could benefit from more thorough renovations. The bathroom is small and noticeably outdated. The hallway carpets are an eyesore—both the color and design are unappealing. It’s acceptable for a short business stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than a couple of days.

Plenty of parking spaces outside. Our vehicle was higher than 2m and wouldn't fit into standard underground space so this was suitable. Local Police vehicles are also parked in the same space so relatively safe as well I guess. Quick check in, B'fast was good with plenty of options to choose from.
Hotel restaurant as well most local restaurants close early around 9-930pm so we had to order via local delivery app called Lieferando.

The room was of standard size, clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and good Wi-Fi.
At check-out we were unexpectedly charged 15 EUR per night for our dog. While most hosts clearly state that pets are allowed and either don’t charge extra or apply only a small fee (usually around 5–7 EUR), 15 EUR felt excessive. It would have been much fairer if this cost had been clearly communicated in advance, rather than revealed only at check-out.

Easy to navigate, wide parking, competent staff
Staying at 215 we were hearing hydraulics all night, water flowing ,flushing and noises like calling some deamons. Quite a terrible experience overall. AC was good , bed ok but pillows had to be folded 3x to give any support. Having in mind that hotel is 90% good sleep focus , I would advise to look for something else
