Although the propety is a bit far of the centre, there are different comfortable ways to get there and other places of interest. We were glad to have chosen it: our stay was perfect due to wonderful rooms, kitchen with all the necessary facilities and very nice and helpful host. We were at ease, really as much as you can be at home. Thank you very much.

Quietish location. A good sized apartment, which although shabby, everything worked. I slept really well there. Clean, so long as you didn't look too hard.
It was like a leftover from the days of East Germany, everything was tired and worn. It felt strange having a double bed in the front room with the TV. The WiFi was on and off and unreliable

Great apartment. 1 bedroom, but sleeps 6 adults. Great views of New Year's celebrations along the River Elbe. Kitchen was well equiped. Private parking at the premises. Host was very friendly. 10km from Main train station and City Centre.

It was amazing vacation! Quiet and cozy house. The owner is very welcoming and polite, he lives there himself, so any questions can be resolved quickly. It is very important that the owner speaks English, so there were no problems with communication.

Wonderful
The house is nicely placed, close to train station, from where you can go all over Saxony. The rooms are clean, the owner is very nice and helpful, the views are outstanding.

Ok spacious apartment. However, for two or three. We were in six. Ok accessibility with public transport from the centre.
Apartment is in the basement. Entrance to the apartment not overly tidy and not overly clean. Access to the bathroom through one of the bed rooms.

Charming house at a reasonable price. No fuss check in & checkout. Large spacious rooms with self contained kitchen
Not much to dislike given the low room charges.
Suggestions for improvement:
1. Kitchen cutlery, plates cups etc are a smattering of odds & ends. Replace with matched sets
2. Use better quality bed covers & towels
3. Spruce up the furniture
A few qualitative changes would improve its appeal & demand a higher rent

Comphy beds, nice living room, large and well equipped kitchen, nice and helpful host.. It is located on the border of the city but easy to reach to center on half an hour with single leg of frequent public transportation reachable with 5 minutes nice walking.
