Wonderful suite overlooking the square. Staff are wonderful and this hotel is hard to fault. Wifi is fast and reliable but a little annoying that you have to re log in each day. Breakfast is good for Germany. The room was large as was the very comfortable bed. Bathroom is perfect and functional. Plenty of work dpace and wardrobe space. Free small minibar was a bonus. Parking is brilliant for a city centre but expect to pay eu28 per day but worth it.
Our housekeepers we a little overzealous and threw out my one of my prescription medication and my slippers. Perhaps my feet smell????? This place is highly recommended for comfort and location.

Perfect location - everything in the Old Town was steps away. Many choices for bars and restaurants right out the door! Extremely quiet hotel, which was highly appreciated, as was the sunflower shower head. Room servicing was super quick and efficient. Front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and it was included with our room. I was surprised by a complimentary bottle of brut and a cake at breakfast on my birthday!

One of the best and friendliness hotels we have stayed in when we travel in Europe. Right in city center you can walk to everything. And the staff were awesome and knowledgeable to work with. The breakfast here is great with a large selection. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff, room and location.
Bed a bit too high in the middle. Laundry service, though quick (within one day) I thought was a bit exxy (but our AUD has fallen badly this year, increasing my cost sensitivity).

Hotel is right in the city center and stil wery guiet. Rooms has a good size. Bed is comfortable and bedlinen are good guality. There is underground parking.
I do not really like this fashion - glass door to the bathroom and toilet. But someone can like it.

The breakfast is fair for a 5 star hotel. There were no cut fresh fruits. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of all tourist attractions and of walking distance. There are many restaurants around.
1. Not enough staff , there was only one person at the Reception, so we had to wait about 30 min. before being checked in. 2. No coffee / tea making facilities and no kettle. We have never been to a hotel like this !! Even airport hotels provide this. We like our early morning coffee and late night teas. 3. Room cleaning is not automatic, we have to request , in the name of planet saving !! more like money saving to me ! So we may not get clean towels , dustbins be emptied and glasses washed, if no request is made. Also the beds are not made up. We have to do it ourselves.. even while we are on holiday. 4. No toiletries facilities like cotton buds , cotton pads etc. Only soap & body cream are provided. Reminded me of roadside motel.

Room and bathtub were excellent. Location was right in main old town square.
No coffee machine. We dont do breakfast often so with no coffee machine a 15 to 25 Euro breakfast didnt add up and in this location very few (if any) coffee shops open before 9 or 10am.
