The location is fabulous with the view of the old town, and the rooms are good and spacious enough. Pool view also great to the garden and riverside. There is a kids' area in the pool. good variety of food for breakfast

The staff was very friendly and took great care of us. Perfect location and view to the lake. Told them it was my partner’s birthday and they were very nice and accommodating. Very comfortable beds.

The location is great and the place is beautiful.
For a hotel of this standard, there were several imperfections in the room that, in my opinion, should not exist. On the day of departure, even though check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m., a housekeeper entered my room at 8:42 a.m. without knocking beforehand. The same thing happened again at 10:20 a.m. with the staff collecting water bottles. I find this very disturbing. If there is no coordination with the reception to confirm whether the check-out has been completed, it is basic courtesy to knock on the door to ensure that no one is still in the room.

The room was clean but fairly small. The location is very central but right on the street so I can be quite noisy. Overall I slept well but my expectations were higher.
Overall I found this place quite basic. Breakfast was okay but I didn't enjoy the atmosphere and the food was just okay. I found it a bit caotic.

Great location, friendly staff.
In the superior room we had a view to a roof and solar panels (expected something better for the price). The fee for the parking lot is quite high.

The breakfast wasn't bad, and the shampoo and body wash were good. Those were the only good things about the hotel and the room.
I will never come to this hotel again. I came in March and the room was very, very cold and we caught a cold. For washing hands, they only provided bar soap, which was very poor and dried out the hands — they should have provided liquid hand soap instead. The room was extremely dirty and full of dust. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were also very poor and uncomfortable. The floor was not carpeted, which made it worse. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. The room was not cleaned at all during the stay, and the trash bins and towels were never changed. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
