Very Poor
The breakfast wasn't bad, and the shampoo and body wash were good. Those were the only good things about the hotel and the room.
I will never come to this hotel again. I came in March and the room was very, very cold and we caught a cold.
For washing hands, they only provided bar soap, which was very poor and dried out the hands — they should have provided liquid hand soap instead. The room was extremely dirty and full of dust. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were also very poor and uncomfortable. The floor was not carpeted, which made it worse. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. The room was not cleaned at all during the stay, and the trash bins and towels were never changed. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Great selection of food for breakfast. Super close to historical center. Nice and helpful personnel. Due to overbooking of regular rooms we got free upgrade to a bigger one with a view to river.
We heart every toilet flushing from the room above.

Location was good, there was a tram station right outside the hotel and the hotel itself is very close to both old town and new town. The facility was clean overall.
We were disappointed by the fact that the indoor pool was quite cold and it was not ideal for swimming in winter time. And this was one of the main reasons that we preferred this hotel, to relax at the spa and pool but unfortunately it was not the case.

Nice view of Dresden altstad from my room
Nespresso coffee machine in room but only 3 pods provided and i was there for four nights. I bought some extra pods myself.
