Location was good, there was a tram station right outside the hotel and the hotel itself is very close to both old town and new town. The facility was clean overall.
We were disappointed by the fact that the indoor pool was quite cold and it was not ideal for swimming in winter time. And this was one of the main reasons that we preferred this hotel, to relax at the spa and pool but unfortunately it was not the case.

Very good breakfast selection, and nice staff. We slept in on our last day and were able to check out late with ease. Would come back.
Unfortunately the spa was closed due to maintenance, which was not communicated before arriving.

Great location, super close to the old town you also have the tram right there less than a block away from the hotel, and the view from the terrace side of the property is just so beautiful. The hotel has is evidently renovated, the lobby and corridors still feel old but the rooms are very comfortable. We loved the complementary water in the room and the free sleepers ?
I think the only but I found is that because is so big, we got a bit lost at the beginning finding our room haha maybe as a suggestion could be improving a bit the signage in each floor :)

Location was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel itself looks old, not in a good way. We were given a very quiet room with not such a good view, even though the hotel is huge and looked half empty. The price was a bit too much for what we got.
The hairdryer in the bathroom did not do a good job at all, we ran out of shampoo on the 2nd day, our view was not great, the hotel corridors look old and outdated. I believe our room was a bit overpriced taking everything into account.

Perfect location, clean, nicely furnished room. Quiet, bathrobes and slippers without charge. Friendly and helpful staff, good gym and pool for modest charge.
Sauna was not turned on at 16:00 as scheduled, and much too small.

Very convenient location on the river, with easy access to both the old and newer parts of the city. The tram stop was just around the corner.
The breakfast buffet was more expensive than most places we stayed, so we ate out.

Wonderful
The rooms were well appointed, clean and roomy. The pedestrian zone - across from the hotel offered many good restaurant choices. The breakfast buffet was extensive and had great choices.
The breakfast room became very busy at around 0900 hours on Sunday morning - not surprisingly. I would avoid peak hours for breakfast when the hotel is full.
