The staff were very friendly. We were very happy when the hotel upgraded us.We were very surprised. The breakfast was great lots of choices. The location was great next to bridge which takes you to old town.Walking distance to new Town.

Bathtub a little slippery. Needs a rubber mat in bathroom. Shouldn't have to ask. Apart from that no issues.

Great location, super close to the old town you also have the tram right there less than a block away from the hotel, and the view from the terrace side of the property is just so beautiful. The hotel has is evidently renovated, the lobby and corridors still feel old but the rooms are very comfortable. We loved the complementary water in the room and the free sleepers
I think the only but I found is that because is so big, we got a bit lost at the beginning finding our room haha maybe as a suggestion could be improving a bit the signage in each floor :)

The room was excellent. We had a room on the highest floor with a city view. The view was amazing, bed very comfy and the room itself very clean and it matched its price.
Breakfast were great. Not the widest offer but everything was high quality and tasty - from juices through hams/cheeses but also fruits and veggies. They also prepared gluten free bread to my wife on request.
Location was absolutely great. Few min walk to the historic city center with amazing Xmas markets but also right next to a Neustadt markets and attraction. Everything important at hand and in walking distance and peaceful sleeping time as it is away from the center.
Wellness area was rather below my expectations for such a great hotel. I missed jacuzzi in such a big wellness area and I was shocked when I couldn't lock my staff in a locker without inserting 1 EUR which I just did not bring with me because I was not expecting to pay for a locker in a 5* hotel with extra payment for the wellness area usage.
EV charging spots were occupied by the same cars for ~24h. Moreover 1/2 of them were non EVs just blocking us from charging.

The hairdryer in the bathroom did not do a good job at all, we ran out of shampoo on the 2nd day, our view was not great, the hotel corridors look old and outdated. I believe our room was a bit overpriced taking everything into account.

Honestly, everything was just good. Like Joey (from Friends) would say: location - good, room - good, breakfast - goooood. There is also a small gym for low price (price is for the SPA overal), which was really good. Oldtown is just around the corner.
Nothing comes to my mind what would be worth mentioning as " no good".
