Location is nice.
Staff of morning breakfast area could not take me to another room where was not congested. Finally I could not find my seat and missed having breakfast. Staff should be well educated.

Breakfast was really good but expensive. Good location but cheaper hotels closer to city center.
Too expensive not good value. AC didn’t work, bath heating didn’t work. Found cheaper hotel next to Frauenkirche for almost half the price.

The location is perfect, with a large garden in the back that leads directly to the river — ideal if you're traveling with a dog, as we were. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room and discovered that our dog had its own luxurious bed waiting! Of course we anouncend that we will travel with our dog. Breakfast was excellent as well, and the staff were always nearby, friendly, and very helpful.

The lobby was beautiful and impressive when entering the hotel.

The breakfast was good with lots of choices.
The location was very good, an easy walk to the old town. Also, very close to the newer part of Dresden with very good shopping and lots of restaurants.
The tram was in front of the hotel and a short ride to the main train station.
The bed was two beds pushed together without a topper to make it feel more like one mattress. This is not convenient for married couples, especially honeymooners.

Great location, clean room, good facilities.
Understanding personal, we went to check the pool location and didnt know it is additional charge, after telling the receptionist it was misunderstanding they canceled the extra charge
The personal should give info about the hotel at check-in, about the facilities at the hotel and their cost.
When we checked-in we only got our room key and that's it, no explanation where is the pool, gym etc.. no explanation about their price (which we thought was included in the price of the room)

The location of the hotel is great—just a short walk away from the Altstadt, Neustadt, and a tram station. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, and we had a great view from our room.
We had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and instead of a proper double duvet, we only got a small single-sized blankets. The air conditioning barely cooled the room, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
The Wi-Fi was HORRIBLE and barely worked during our entire stay. Although the room had a smart TV, it was basically useless since we couldn't access basic apps like Netflix. Additionally, we were unpleasantly surprised to find out that using the pool required an extra fee—something we hadn't expected.
Reception staff weren't helpful at all. They couldn’t recommend local tours or even provide basic necessities like adapters for foreign plugs, leaving us unable to charge our laptops and electronic devices. When we ran into an issue with our car rental and asked the receptionist to help us call the rental company (as we didn’t have a local SIM card), she claimed the number we gave her didn’t work and had no idea how to find the correct contact—which seemed bizarre for a 4-star hotel.
On top of everything else, we experienced a power outage in our room. Also, housekeeping placed a bottle of water each day next to the coffee machine without clearly indicating it wasn't complimentary. Naturally, we assumed it was free—only to find out later it was charged extra.
When we tried to bring these issues up with the staff, we got treated like we were the idiots, despite paying good money for a relaxing vacation and getting mostly frustration in return.

Good location, good sized rooms and amazing breakfast buffet!
We chose the hotel for the electric vehicle charger but there was only one and it was occupied the whole time... For a hotel of this size, it would be good to have more chargers.

Amazing location close to the Elba and 10 minutes nice walking to all main sightseeing. The hotel is located in the historical building, breakfast was great, and room clean, it was a fantastic stay in Dresden. Definitely will come back and stay here.
