Disappointing
I usually like staying there but this time too many mistakes by the stuff.
-I asked a lady at check-in that my room should be made everyday it wasn’t.
-I let my two suits for laundry on Tuesday telling them to be ready on Wednesday because I was leaving. They said ok but my suits are still there waiting for them to send them home asap!

Very good located, very friendly staff
Seems a quite significant renovation is going on. Lobby looked very temporary
No parking available, had to walk from a nearby parking garage (which is all but surely not cheap)
Very dated/warn bathroom, also not particularly clean. Sink’s water did not or only very slowly flow out. Same with shower.
All activities within the hotel building (breakfast, gym access, wellness access) are not included and have to be paid separately. For that, the hotel would charge you an extra €50 each night of your stay upfront as a kind of retainer fee

It wasn’t really clean, the view was not satisfying even though we paid more for it, breakfast was average. Hotel looked like it was going over some renovation rather than open to guests

Breakfast spread was good. Location excellent near old town. Room is very spacious.
Only had issues on cleanliness as we found after check in small pieces of broken glass in the room.

The only thing worth praising is the hotel's location near the old town.
Part of the hotel is undergoing renovation, I don't understand why customers aren't informed about this in advance!!!

In one word: a huge disappointment!
The hotel, which is presented in the photos as stylish and enjoyable, is actually old, unattractive, and far from welcoming. The staff seemed tired, uninterested, and unfriendly, which made the experience even worse. On top of that, due to ongoing renovation work, many areas of the hotel were inaccessible and covered in dust. It definitely does not deserve the price it charges.
Do not be misled by the photos on Booking.com. I also have a few words for Booking.com: by allowing misleading photos that do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel, you are contributing to the deception of your customers and seriously misguiding them.
Any temporary activities, renovations, or disruptions taking place within the hotel should be clearly communicated to guests in advance. Failing to provide this information is misleading and can even be considered deceptive.

Very nice hotel with a parking
Just on the other side of the river so you cross the bridge and you are in the city center.
It has a pool for extra fees.
