The location on one of the main squares was perfect! It was very close to any of the sights of Dresden that a person would want to see and close to many good restaurants. All of the hotel staff were amazing - from the front desk people, to the lobby bar and restaurant people, to the room cleaning staff.
The only issue I had was that they did not have a way for guests to recycle material such as glass, paper and plastic. I have stayed in hotels where there is a recycling bin in the room for guests to use.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.
The costs are a bit high and in particular the parking was extra which I found excessive - maybe something can be done about that.

This is a centrally located hotel ideal for a tour of the city as everything is literally a few minutes walk away. Nice building, friendly and professional staff, very good breakfast; We deliberately chose a room facing the interior to get a quiet spacious room (and we got a quiet spacious room on the second floor)
Room for improvement - a few little things that do not spoil the general impression: the air conditioning regulation did not work, we would have expected a bar with drinks (we had a fridge that was empty - just to mention that 10 m from the hotel there is a well-stocked mini market for supplies)

The gym needs updating. There are no weights and no extra machines. But everything is clean and the spa looks good as well.
