Great (safe) location/proximity for my purpose, very polite pleasant staff and quick check in (early check in was possible!) clean fairly spacious room.
The very minor issue, but, the isle of my floor was not "barrier free" - that is to say, there were several spots where there is a small step to go up and down. For me, it was not a big problem, but, it might not be so convenient for elderly or wheel chair guests? Other than this, however, the hotel entrance, reception areas etc are covered by slopes, elevators etc.

Excellent location, big room , comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. The hotel is located in a beautiful old building and the view is nice.
We skipped cleaning once and then we asked for it, but it was not well done.

Hotel is located conveniently outside the town square and access to public transportation. Room size is decent and clean. Parking garage is across from hotel. Get 8euro discount with parking ticket stamped from hotel.
Overall front desk staff are not friendly. Shower room has no door and no shower door/curtain. Toilet is a separate room with door. No privacy when taking shower.

The location was fantastic! Nice easy walking to all the things we wanted to do in Dresden. Easily accessible to the city’s public transportation. The breakfast was pretty standard fare (comparable to other places we have stayed across Europe).
The shower was maybe too modern with no shower door and minimal frosted glass panels. For a family of four, it made it a little awkward. A shower option that provides more privacy would have been ideal. If it’s just a couple, probably not an issue, but with teenagers - less than ideal! Also, being along a busy street introduced a lot of „city“ noise.

Best location with fair priced public parking under the square. Seamless short walk on decent pavement. Comfortable room. Layout is a little clumsy as no door on shower sink room. Great for couples not so much for 3
