The area is very quiet, not so many restaurants and bar, but it is not their fault, of course!

A wonderful hotel in a residential suburb. Clean and cosy, staff were very friendly. Although not in the old city it was only 20 minutes by tram. Breakfast was varied and delicious. I really enjoyed my stay - more than met my needs. Highly recommended.

It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel is old but in good condition. Breakfast was brilliant with nice local food.
When we arrived there was no space in the parking lot but we could park on the street.
It was cold in the room but after some time it was ok.

The staff were very welcoming, professional and helpful when needed. The carpark spaces are located at the back of the hotel and a few more at the front by the road. I was able to find a space for my car when I arrived. The hotel is clean and I liked the interior. There are some communal spaces if you want to relax elsewhere other than your room. The room was spacious with a good bathroom, a shower with great pressure and a TV with plenty of channels. This was a stop over for me so I found it very convenient not to have to drive into a city centre but still being within a 15 minute tram ride from the old town. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Very quiet on my floor with the occasional neighbour closing their doors but I didn't mind that as you expect it. The breakfast had plenty of choice and it's a nice big room with a 6.30am opening which is great for early risers. I would stay here again.
Two very small points. Adding music at breakfast would be nice otherwise everyone eats in silence, and I missed not having a kettle in the room but both of those points are very minor. It's a great hotel so I'd recommend a stay there.

upon our arrival we wanted to drink a draft beer, but the bartender said they are closing. Then 10 minutes later we saw he is tapping the beer for others.

My car parking outside was full of bird p** in the morning. It costs me an extra car wash. Don’t park under the huge trees :)
