Disappointing
Clean and looks new
Extremely disappointing experience and unprofessional attitude.
The internet in the hotel was not working, and I urgently needed it for an important Zoom meeting. When I asked for assistance, the lady at the reception simply replied that nothing could be done. Three hours later, I checked again — there had been no attempt to fix the issue, and the internet remained unavailable for the entire stay.
The following day, I politely requested a short late checkout. Despite the circumstances, they refused even a 30-minute extension and responded in a rather unfriendly and dismissive manner.
Overall, I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism, empathy, and willingness to assist guests in basic situations.

Not our first time in this hotel, we always choose it when going to Reithalle E. It's super close, the transport is right there, has everything to enjoy a peaceful stay and not too expensive.

The lady at the restaurant did not allow me to prepare a sandwich for my daughter to takeaway. It was early morning, she didn’t eat anything, and it was just one sandwich — really?

It's what you expect for the price
However if you ask for 15 extra euros for a garage per day, it's kinda too much. Some call it business some call it greedy. Imagine you spend 6 days in the hotel and pay 90 euros extra. meh

Pillow can be lower. Bed sheet is in grey, I prefer in pure white.

Very nice music themed hotel located in further Neustadt. Pleasant staff, clean room, spacious bathroom and a fluffy carpet. That's all we needed for a short stay.

Easy check in. Breakfast was plentiful and broad in offer but not that tasty. (Poor quality eggs and bacon)
Underground parking, with the metal structures is like some kind of bad joke. Unnecessary and stupid.
Most staff were unfriendly. Strange signs around hotel reminding us that it ok to tip staff. Really not cool.
We all had problems with excessive heat in room during night and inability to adjust. Your night watchman ended up just unplugging the aircon unit altogether.
Hotel tries to be hip with music theme but it falls on deaf ears when basics are not right.
