It's more likely a hostle, room was just bed and bathroom literally nothing to offer. no minibar, no tv! rooms are not soundproof, In the morning I woke up by my next room phone alarm. we asked for double bed and paid extra on booking for it but given twin room when we asked for change the staff put the beds together. Nothing available to order in lobby, just one old coca cola machine which you need to have coin to make it work. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

The room was clean and was very quiet, which we enjoyed. The personell is very nice and there are a lot of parking lots for free.

Everything
The hotel is very dated, but the staff are outstanding. The rooms are basic, but what do you expect 5 at the Ritz. Well done Quality hotel Dresden.

It is too old and too bad to be liked.
Everything was absolutely terrible!
Air condition doesnt work when outside is 35 degree and nobody did even said sorry. Also, my confirmation says SOCKETS NEAR BED. They werent. Nothing extra compensation.
Breakfast for extra cost 8.50 was average and it was too expensive for it.
I really dont know why overview is quite high and many positive reviews, it is totally bad place to stay even for 20 .
DONT STAY IN THIS RUBBISH PLACE!

The hotel is ok for its price, I didn't expect anything more. The stuff is very frendly, free parking area is available.
The beds are a bit small for two people. And there is some warehouse in front of the hotel so it is a bit loud in the morning.

Got 2 rooms. One was missing the remote, so i went to reception to ask for one. First, the guy said he cannot provide one. Afterwards, he said:" you have 2 rooms, use the remote from the other one." The blinds were so thin, at 0500 it was sunny like outside, so we all woke up. Nobody from staff was wearing masks.
