We chose this hotel because it advertised private parking. One day before our arrival, we received a message stating that the parking was under renovation. At the reception desk, we were informed that the underground parking was unavailable and that we would need to find a parking spot in the surrounding neighborhood. When we pointed out that parking was listed under the "hotel facilities" section, the staff simply repeated, "Sorry, it's under renovation," and did not offer any further assistance. Everything else met the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
