Dog friendly hotel, although at the high cost of 15 per night, independent of the size of the dog. Our room was very clean, bright and comfortable, and had a great view over Dresden. The bed and pillows were extremely pleasant and the shower was fantastic! Right next to Dresden's central station.
Even though we were informed our room was ready when we arrived, at 14:00, we weren't allowed to check-in unless we would pay an extra fee, which I find insane. First, if the room is ready and you inform us of such, allows us to check-in. If you don't want people to check-in early, it's better not to say that the room is ready but that you have to pay extra. Regarding breakfast, it wasn't worth it - it wasn't good quality and it was always the same offer (at least for the 4 nights we stayed). Lastly, the location isn't necessarily bad, but you're still rather far away from the new part of Dresden, which has the best and most interesting restaurants, and also a 20 minutes walk away from the old part.

Superb breakfast, with plenty of things to select, the staff is really friendly and helpful. The room is quite nice, comfortable.

We loved the smell and softness of the body lotion :), we were disappointed to not take a photo of it so we could look for it elsewhere Location was brilliant, easy to find directly up from the train station Breakfast was amazing, fresh continental and cooked options available
The fully glass cube shower was a shock, taking open plan living in the bedroom one step too far. There should be an option to dim the glass to unseeable The twin room was made smaller by fixed bedheads, so beds couldn't be pushed further apart
