The hotel's parking is good.
It's unbelievable how a one‑night stay can be ruined by extremely rude and unprofessional staff.
I booked two rooms, one for myself and one for my parents. I arrived at 2:00 PM and politely asked if it was possible to check in earlier than the regular 3:00 PM time. The receptionist kindly explained that my parents’ room was not ready yet, but mine was. She also offered to let us check into my room and leave my parents’ luggage there. We accepted and went out to enjoy the city.
When we returned, the nightmare began. A different receptionist, upon seeing two couples, claimed that although the rooms were double rooms, each had been booked for only one person. I showed her my booking confirmation clearly stating “Double room” She not only refused to understand or consider our explanation, but also failed to clearly or politely explain the situation. She was completely inflexible, showed no intention of helping, and insisted on charging an extra €15 per night per room, even though one room had already been checked in earlier without any such notice from her colleague.
I understand there might have been a system error, and the extra cost was not excessive, but the disrespectful way she handled the situation was unacceptable. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were amazing. They were very helpful and everyone we spoke with including the janitor was friendly and helpful.
The WiFi in my room was nearly nonexistent. One bar if I could connect. I had work to do and I couldn’t do it in my room. I noticed other areas of the hotel had fine WiFi. I must have been in a bad spot.

Decent location and could walk to most of the major attractions in Dresden. The parking garage option was helpful and appreciated. The area was fairly quiet in the evening hours.
They were cleaning the windows and knocked on our door at 8:30 to see when they could come in. It was the morning we were checking out. We said we were leaving for breakfast in a few minutes. Twenty minutes later they were back to clean the windows. This felt very pushy and impolite. I was still getting ready and had to hurry to leave the room.

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was polite and the kids liked the candy offered at the counter :) Parking was in a parking garage, although you could also park outside in front of the house.
When staying with children, there was a door between the two rooms, so we could spend time together in the evening.
There were 3 sheets of paper towels in the bathroom. A bit far from the center, but within a pleasant walk.

It was very nicely located and the rooms were spacious and clean. I also really liked the staff. They were extremely nice and helpful.
Only one small thing: the shower randomly changed temperatures between extremely hot and cold every time I went to take shower. That was a little annoying but besides that, everything was perfect.

The rooms are spacious and have the basic amenities required. Some older reviews said that there is no kettle or toiletries available. But this is not the case now, there was a kettle, tea, and coffee in the room. The shower and wash basin have soap dispensers. The location is also quite nice, you can easily access many cafes and restaurants through a short walk or with a tram.
An extra pair of pillows would have been nice.
