Wonderful
Comfortable beds, large rooms, clean bathroom. Awesome breakfasts. Maybe it is away from center but with short walk you are close to tramway. With 10 mins walk you are in area with lots of restaurants, bars and AlaunPark.

1. Pillows are really uncomfortable. Like some other hotels they should have soft and firm pillows.
2. Kids bed was misaligned and should not be in that way.

Location is a bit far from the touristy stuff (1km from Neustadt Station, 4½km HBF) but that's fine if you're happy with the exercise after a big meal in the city!
