Just about everything!
Location is a bit far from the touristy stuff (1km from Neustadt Station, 4½km HBF) but that's fine if you're happy with the exercise after a big meal in the city!

I’m sufficiently satisfied with this place and would stay here again! Everything was clean, staff were very nice and the bed was comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for much more for what my budget was :)
It’s located a little bit away from the city, but it wasn’t not too bad since we knew this when we booked it and it’s easily connected by public transport. My partner didn’t like the German style pillows because they are quite soft.

Location was easily accessible by tram or car. People at the reception desk were professional and friendly.
When we arrived, the room smelled like vomit. The headrest of the bed was not wiped clean (it was quite dusty). The walls in the room could use a fresh coat of paint. Soundproofing, despite advertised, is not the best.

Good location for getting into town centre.
Bed was comfy and room was clean.
There was a smell of cigarettes but not over powering. No kettle or tea/coffee available. Road can be noisy if window is open.
