This property is conveniently situated in the historic district while also being easily accessible by car. 24-hour reception.
The hotel is in need of renovation, the floors were very scratched and other signs of wear were visible throughout. We had reserved a room with a king bed; however, two single beds had been put together instead, and since they were not properly connected, we ended up with a gap splitting them down the middle. Fortunately, we were only staying for one night. Breakfast was barely average.

Location and view from our room overlooking Altmarkt. New garage
No objections. New garage access is perfect although inside plan is a bit confusing but it has enough signes to be followed to reach the NH collection part of it...look to the red wall and door to go up to the reception

No EV charge with the right plug was available. Nevertheless we could charge the car in the adjacent parking lot

The location of the hotel is awesome. Most of the tourist attractions are located 5-10 mins walk away. There are a couple of malls/shopping galleries nearby. Parking is available nearby in Altmarkt Garage (for relatively higher prices) or alternately 10 mins walk away in the parking garage of a nearby mall for more economical prices. There are also plenty of really good restaurants in the vicinity.
The breakfast buffet is quite good. The staff is quite respectful, check-in and check-out services are quite quick.
The room itself is well furnished. There are additional sauna and fitness areas which can be used.
The pillows and bed was not so comfortable. The curtains of the room were so dirty as if they have not been washed for years.

The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s good value for money. Breakfast is decent. Staff are friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of my room and the view. Gym is functional with well maintained equipment.
The air conditioning in my room was a bit noisy at higher fan levels. Temperature control wasn’t great so we had to keep adjusting it manually which was not great for our sleep. I stayed there for only 2 nights so I didnt bother to request a change. The gym could be enhanced with weights and perhaps a second treadmill as it can get busy at certain times.
