Nice hotel, very centralised location, nice room, great breakfast and kind staff. It was great that the hotel offered water, fruits and sweets in the lobby by the elevator, which I enjoyed.
It would have been great if robes and slippers for use in the spa&sauna area were available in the rooms, so we did not have to request it at the reception.

Located in the center near altmarkt. Close to tram stop. Very modern clean and well equipped hotel.
Right next to the hotel, the kreuzkirche (a church) had som enormous bells which started working early in the morning.

Breakfast was average, extremely busy and seems to small for volume of guests. My past very positive NH breakfast experiences was the reason I booked NH this time.
Parking was EXTREMELY limited and over filled.
Elevators and check-in was not able to manage guest surges or even normal increases of movement (breakfast/check-out).
No staff available at midnight to resolve or answer parking questions. (I just left the lobby - and my question unanswered- after yelling a few times).
At check out they said they would email my receipt… it didn‘t arrive.
Now I‘m forced to follow-up…. Additional frustration.

Great Hotel a bit pricy but definitely you get what your money is worth, hopefully next time we could try the view to the market rooms
The only thing I did not like is the beds instead of a big bed it's two small beds put together and sleeping with kids that's get kind of messy

the breakfast was well laid out with high quality items. The location of the property is very central and especially in this season (December) an absolute must. The room overlooking the Christmas market was, despite its location, quiet.
