The staff were very helpful and friendly! Second Motel One I've been to, and I'm impressed.
The breakfast buffet was not as much as I expected. The options were limiting for me, but still a relatively good spread.

Great location, right opposite the Zwinger Palaceand within walking distance of all the sights. The room was smaller than expected, and moving around was quite tight, but manageable for a couple of nights. A bit more closet space would have been nice.
The bathroom was quite smelly. There was no ventilator (that we noticed) or window, so it had to have been the pipes or the drain that was emitting a very unpleasant smell. In the end it didn't affect our stay but the smell does live rent-free in our heads. There was also no coffee/tea or kettle in the room, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is in a great location. Everything in the city is within walking distance. The rooms are very quiet. We did not experience any problems.
I didn't buy the breakfast because it was very expensive. For that money, you can have a very good breakfast at many cute places around.
The rooms are a bit small. If you open two suitcases, the room is almost completely full.

Everything was super clean, comfortable bed; nice staff, nice lobby bar and delicious breakfast.
The price for the breakfast was a bit higher, but on the other hand, the food was of a high quality and fresh.

Staff was helpful and spoke English. I liked the bar, lobby area.
I didn’t know about the WiFi but I managed without it fine. I also didn’t know about the breakfast when I booked (maybe I missed it somehow) but I ended up purchasing breakfast both mornings of my trip.

Excellent location for exploring the old city while still walkable to the new city but also on main tram lines for quicker access including main railway station. Nice rooms with good views if you are on the Zwinger side of the building. Rooms are very nice but modest sized. Cool lobby with bar. Very nice and helpful check in staff.
The breakfast is good continental which is fine and there are lots of choices close by and in the new city (Café Continental is excellent and easily accessible by tram) if you want hot or more imaginative fare. However for the high price the hotel's coffee is terrible. Comes from self serve machines. They have an expressp machine and it should be well staffed each morning with someone dedicated to making good coffee for everyone.
