The exquisite hotel that is located extremely close to the center of Dresden, all landmarks and city trams (5-10 min walk). We had a quite room with an enchanting view of the Elbe river. Responsive and freindly staff at the reception desk. Impressive huge lobby with fresh flowers ??? in vases even in the middle of winter. Breakfasts were rich in selection of food, fruits and drinks and worth their price. After walking around the city we especially enjoyed our warm comfortable room equipped with an individual coffee machine. Thank you for a relaxing stay?

Hotel location is very good ,less than 10 minutes walk to old town and historical sites.Superior twin rooms facing the river has excellent view and spacious.

The location was good, quite, the family room was large, with a king bed in one room with on suite, the hide a bed worked well for our grandson, the 2nd bathroom was wonderful

The pool is pristine and wasn't very busy. The hotel is right outside of the center, walking distance to Zwigner. Breakfast buffet has all the stuff you expect, plus an omelette station and a carrot-ginger juicer. All well organized.
They could give people more towels. Our room had no hangers at the entrance area.

The breakfast was good.
The staff members forced charges of pre-paid breakfast on us during our check-in. To make it worse, on the very next day, another staff member forced a room change on us without any option to go back to our original room, or for a different room. The whole experience was so terrible, we actually took the time and filed an official complaint against those staff members, by an email to their management, but until this day, we haven't received any official apology, or even just a reply from the hotel.
