Clean, big and beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly. Very large breakfast choice. A lot of parking spots (incl. multiple EV chargers)
Breakfast was very overcrowded, maybe consider giving out time slots for overbooked nights. Parking a bit too expensive.

The location of the property is excellent, offering convenient access to many of the area’s must-see attractions. Its proximity to key sights makes exploring the surroundings easy and enjoyable, which greatly enhances the overall experience for guests.
While my overall experience was pleasant, I believe the hotel’s restaurant might benefit from taking a closer look at both the quality of the food and the pricing. A few thoughtful adjustments in these areas could greatly enhance guests’ satisfaction and make the dining experience even more enjoyable

Hotel is excellent! Very clean and quiet. Pleasent and friendly staff. Comfortable and pretty big room. Underground parking near the hotel. Hotel is situated very close to the historical city center and Opera. There two TV's in the room, big wardrobe, wide and convinient bed. Excellent breakfast, very reach buffet breakfast. We extended our stay for one more day without a problem
There are no slippers and robes in the room. The parking could be cheaper:) Lack of iron and kettle in the room.

The rooms are spacious and cozy. Large bathroom. Great, plentiful breakfast with vegan options. Parking. Spa.
For daily parking they charge 24 euros per day, expensive!!! There is a public parking lot next to the hotel and they charge six euros per day

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dresden. The location is perfect, the room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Everything was well maintained. The breakfast was absolutely incredible — a great variety and excellent quality. I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were very spacious (rare these days), buffet breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and the whole vibe of the hotel reminded us of a classic maritime hotel with lots of grandeur. It was also walking distance to the major city attractions including the Elbe, which we could view from our room. We, our toddler and his grandparents enjoyed the stay here very much.
