Best hotel I've stayed in for a long time. Everything was exceptional, staff were brilliant and so friendly, room was large and and very comfortable, bathroom large and fully equipped, breakfast was superb (could be busy at times but still .....), lovely cocktail bar, very easy level walk into Dresden city centre (about 10-15 mins) - we were totally satisfied with our stay.

The property is about 15 min walk from the old town. Breakfast buffet was fine
Cleanliness could have been improved, especially the floor carpets. The hotel charged €10 for a 45-minute late checkout (12:45 pm), which felt unusual as many places offer at least a one-hour grace period. This is something future guests might want to be aware of.

Super breakfast. Good, spacious room. A very good, large and very well run hotel.
Lift capacity, we spent a long time waiting. Better guidance before we arrived on where and how to park our car would have saved us a long walk.

Exceptional staff and facilities. Breakfast the most extensive I have seen in many years of travelling. Only a 10/15 minute stroll alongside the river Elbe to the Semperopera ,museums and art galleries of the old town. An amazing hotel and worth every penny.
As an elderly traveller climbing in and out of a slippery bathtub for a shower is not fun. Having sturdy hand holds would help.
