The location was good, quite, the family room was large, with a king bed in one room with on suite, the hide a bed worked well for our grandson, the 2nd bathroom was wonderful

Clean, good location and nice staff. Loved the bikes they had available for rental.
The AC wasn't turned down enough. It was too warm for me. Staff let me use a fan which helped.

The pool is pristine and wasn't very busy. The hotel is right outside of the center, walking distance to Zwigner. Breakfast buffet has all the stuff you expect, plus an omelette station and a carrot-ginger juicer. All well organized.
They could give people more towels. Our room had no hangers at the entrance area.

1) Crowded hotel 2) Bad Pillows 3) Breakfast, the Chef is using the same tray to make veterinarian omelet and also omelet with bacon! 4) Very small shower box 5) Bad room service 6) No kettle available inside the room, we asked and get nothing (we stayed 3 nights) 7) Complement bottle of water is only one time during the stay! 8) Small car entrance of the main entrance.

The breakfast was good.
The staff members forced charges of pre-paid breakfast on us during our check-in. To make it worse, on the very next day, another staff member forced a room change on us without any option to go back to our original room, or for a different room. The whole experience was so terrible, we actually took the time and filed an official complaint against those staff members, by an email to their management, but until this day, we haven't received any official apology, or even just a reply from the hotel.

Location is very good. Close to historical center
Be prepared to pay for everything extra: room with nicer view, bathing coat, sauna etc. Staff is quite slow and demotivated, except nice young guy at the reception. No water filled in wellness, breakfast too late, buffet dinner is really not recommendable… but they will be very fast to charge your credit card for extra fees even without informing you.
