First of all, the breakfast was pretty nice. They offered dishes not often seen at other German hotel breakfast buffets, such as boiled eggs topped with garnish and sparkling wine. The hotel's proximity to the S-Bahn station makes it easily accessible, and major tourist attractions are within walking distance, or can be reached even faster by tram.
There's a fan heater in the room, but it's a bit noisy when turned on, and if left on for too long, the room becomes very dry. I woke up feeling extremely thirsty in the morning. Furthermore, the proximity to the tram and S-Bahn lines is both a plus and a minus, as public transportation noise is often audible while staying in the room.

The hotel is clean, well organized, and the breakfast is good.
Unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff was very poor. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait while they checked for a taxi and were left on the phone for 25 minutes with no response. No help was provided.
We felt unwelcome, with unprofessional behavior and a clear sense that children are not welcome. There was no care for our kids, no questions about our stay, and no assistance. When we requested an extra blanket, we were told to go to the lobby and get it ourselves. Some staff pretended not to understand English, making communication difficult, and showed no friendliness.

The room was nice but it wasn’t comfortable for three people definitely. It was just a double room with a small additional bed for the price of standard bed. To be honest it was overpriced even for the Christmas markets. There was no breakfast included and we couldn’t request such as the receptionist told us there was no free capacity which is odd, after all we were guests of that hotel. At least the location was ok as it was around 15 minutes by foot to the Old town and you have the Mitte tram stop nearby.

The location is practical if you like to use a train, being right next to Dresden Mitte station. That nearness brings with it a view of rail tracks right by the hotel which bothered me a lot at first. However there are convenient public transportation options taking you to the center of town very quickly.
Breakfast was very good and the room is pleasant. My room was cozy and the bathroom was efficient.
The room was quiet due to excellent insulation.
Maybe you could offer a few small food items in the bar.

What a lovely hotel! The room was clean and cozy and everything worked. There was a kettle, coffee and tea, a socket in the bathroom, and it was very quiet despite being situated on a main road. There was also a small sofa which was a really nice addition. Also the location was perfect for me.
The lobby bar was casual and comfortable which was perfect as I was traveling alone. It was also open until midnight every night. The staff were friendly and helpful, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The location is very good (close to the city centre) and the room was also nice.
The noise from the street (especially ambulances) could be heard even when the windows were closed. But it wasn't that bad, just a bit annoying when falling asleep.
