The hotel room was well furnished and clean. The receptionist was nice and pleasant.
The breakfest wasn't amazing, there wasn't that much choice. Especially considering the price: 16 euro.
There was an odd smell in the corridor.

Staff was arrogant and ignorant and somewhat racist. Attended to the white customers but left us waiting for a long time despite having four persons hovering around the reception. Just awful.

The hotel is excellent, have a good location, with a short walk to the city centre, and easy to take public transportation as well! The room is very good, spacious and comfortable, clean,the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is very good! It’s a perfect stay in Dresden

I forgot my tooth brush and charger and they gave me both. Very comfy beds. WhatsApp to communicate was really helpful.
You had to pay for parking.
