Like that breakfast was included. Location was within walking distance to the tram. Room was clean and tidy.
No air conditioning and the night we were there was unbearably hot, couldn't leave the windows open as there was a lot of big flying bugs.

i was on the way to the munchen and slept at here. because location is near by highway so is very convenient to get here.

Lovely wooded location with frequent tram connection to the city a 10 minute walk away. Good quality breakfast served in the indoor/outdoor restaurant which also serves a tasty Italian menu at lunchtime and evening. Free parking.
We were very hot in our ground floor room as we couldnt leave the window open at night for security reasons. A fan in the room would have been a help. Apparently Dresden city tax is 6% of the room rate!
