Very Good
The apartment is decorated very nicely, using high quality equipment (induction stove, Grohe, Smeg..). Furniture is custom made, massive wood, comfy bad. It looks almost like in a catalog. There is also decent space and a nice view. Laundry machine is good and there is plenty of storage. Quality windows, nice balcony. A lot of pillows and even a yoga mat. Nice breakfast - tasty and plenty of it. We actually left a lot of food in the fridge - some unopened, as it was really a lot for us. It was spotless.
It's more about looks than function. Despite installing custom made furniture and expensive appliances, they didn't equip windows with blinds (electric or manual - any would do). Entry door that are two steps from the bed have poor isolation so you can hear people from an apartment across the hall if they talk loudly and late (or lonely dogs that bark while their owners are busy skiing). Bathroom door are of sliding type, made of tinted glass, very heavy and provide limited privacy with a 1cm gap to wall when fully closed. Going to bathroom at night will lighten up the room (but not much as street lights are already in due to lack of curtains). Gas heater in the bathroom is very loud, and since sliding door with 1cm gap don't isolate sound, and bed is 1 meter away - bring your ear plugs (or turn it off during night). At winter it turns off and on every few minutes even if you put heating on the minimum. It's a top floor apartment, so isolation is so-so, and heating will often turn on. Only 3 big towels were provided. No hand towels or backup towels. Only 1 kitchen towel. Lamps by the bed didn't work (bulbs). You get breakfast in a box via a catering service. You need to book time in advance and if you like to raise some days early, some days late - questionable. Also - they don't have the building key, so prepare to be woken up by the bell (in our case even 45' ahead of time, because they come from across the town and will rarely hit the time you actually agree). In conclusion, this is another classic lock box airbnb. For a price of a 4-5 star hotel you get an ambitious looking place benefiting from location, with quite a few misses. If you're a good sleeper and don't care about bathroom privacy - it's near perfect. If you're a light sleeper, bring eye mask and ear plugs. If you want actual service, go back to hotels. I do when possible.

Breakfast buffet, cleanliness and nice spacious bathroom. Easy access from the highway.
Very hard bed mattress and uncomfortable partially covered pillows. The air-conditioning doesn't work and when you open a window it is way too loud with trams going the whole night and other traffic.

The room was big, the bathroom had a lot of space. Great shower. Nice place in general. Nice restaurant with good beers and German food. On the other side of the road a good shopping centre. Free parking in the garage of the hotel across the road. It's just of the highway but far enough to not be really bothered by the noise.
The blinds covered only half of the windows, and the curtains did not block any sunlight. We woke up at 07:00 by the brutal sun... and it was april ))

This was my second time staying at here. Probably won’t be my last. Great location - hear me out - close to autobahn but also tram station right in front (25 min to old town) and Aldi + Maccas just across the street. Big and well soundproofed room, good water pressure good brekkie. Also access to proper gym.

Good acccommodations and facilities, very comfy beds, friendly staff, very clean, good windows and sound insulation, perfect for 1 night stay, good location if you're travelling bu car.
Few available outlets, could use more light in bathroom. Had some problems conecting to the internet.
