It's just walking distance from the Dresden train main station. You can even leave your luggage after your check out. Then you can take it back after. The staff is very accommodating as well.

We took a train from Berlin to Dresden. After we left the terminal, we were literally standing in front of the InterCity Hotel! As a matter of fact, you have to also cross the local above ground rail to get to the hotel, so I would give access to local transportation a 12! It was incredibly handy!
The rooms were fantastic. We opted for two rooms for the three of us, but they put us close by so it worked out great. Very roomy and comfortable. It had everything we could have wanted.
We had breakfast twice while we were there. On our 24 day trip, this was the best hotel breakfast that we had! GREAT selections and the coffee was fantastic. We were really happy we chose to have breakfast there instead of out on the town. The staff was also very good and receptive.

I like the location as it’s just across the central train station. Breakfast was good with many options.
Overall, good stay except they haven’t cleaned the room and replaced the towels on our second day despite advising at check-in that we want our room cleaned daily.

The property is located a short walk from Dresden HBF, so it was an easy to drag our bags from our train to check-in. Despite the proximity to the station, we could not here any railway noise from our room. All of the staff spoke very good English and were extremely helpful with anything we asked. The Hotel offered us a reduced rate on the HopOnHopOff bus, which gave us access to the buses every day of our stay. This was handy for getting around the city, although most places of interest are within walking distance from the hotel.
