The location was excellent, as it was across the road from the main train station and Prager Strasse. The historic town centre was only a 10 min. walk away. The receptionist and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very modern comfortable and even had a fridge, which was great, since it was a very hot summer weekend during my stay.
The hotel was a bit expensive, at 140 Euro a night without breakfast. Breakfast was 20 Euros extra. I stayed in the same hotel chain in Berlin during the same weekend and only payed 68 Euros for the night.

Really polite, welcoming & helpful reception staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Superb location 2 mins' walk from central train station and trams.
Unfortunately lifts weren't working for 2 days of my stay. Lobby/outside door requires key access after a certain hour, but this wasn't communicated up-front.

Everything what You need is provided in this hotel: quiet, comfortable, clean, with good helpfull crew and tasty breakfast. All is in good location next to Central station. Realy good. :-)

The staff have been super nice to us , they gave us 3 daily train pass , saved us so much money and convenient. They also helped us to call booking for changing our stays in Italy due to the National stiles for public transportation and air strike in next month ( September, 2025) . The room is nice and they have provided toiletries very good , the most amazing location is next to a big mall and a cross from Dresden main train station which have made our trip to Dresden very pleasant. Thanks and please keeping the great works .

The hotel is okay. However, the quality does not match the price – this hotel should cost a maximum of €100 per night. The pillows are terrible. 7/10. Definitely no more than that.

Great location as right opposite to the main train station which makes is so convenient and it’s only 20mins walk to the tourist attraction. Plenty of places to eat close by. The rooms are big and very clean. Staffs are very helpful. Would book again visiting Dresden.

Great location for the station. Air conditioning. Fridge was very useful. Tea and coffee in the room. Free transport tickets were extremely useful and meant we visited places we would otherwise not have seen. Staff were professional and efficient.
