Location nearby central station was easy to move around.
Young people outside hotel at night was hanging around, which got shouting noise and fight.

Very modern property, room was clean and pretty comfortable. Bed was a little firm for our liking, but slept okay. Front desk staff are very nice, helpful, responsive. I joined the InterCity hotel rewards program which provided immediate benefits, free public transportation for our stay, 25% discount on breakfast (normally $21), and some discount on future stays. Very close to main train station, less than 10 minute walk with luggage. Really enjoyed this hotel.
Bed too firm, pillows flat, but hard to please everyone. Otherwise, no issues.

The hotel took the customer's room request into account perfectly. The midnight check-in and noon check-out were smooth and efficient. TThe staff at reception and breakfast were very welcoming.

I occupied a business room, so I guess it was slightly bigger than normal rooms. It was clean, quiet, and comfy. Most staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and helpful, but others (very few) were not. I loved the breakfast. The location is fantastic, although the area around the main station is rough. It was the perfect place for me.
The cleaning schedule did not always work as it should have given my stay there for several weeks. But in the end we managed.

breakfast buffet was very good. I would have liked a bigger choice of breadrolls, though. Apart from that I didnt miss anything.
Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during my whole stay.
And the tv always started with a screen asking you to become a member of the hreward programme (which I was anyway!) There was no manual for the tv, like how to get out of this and into the actual tv, no list of programmes etc... I figured out how to switch, but it would have been nice to know what was on

It's an excellent hotel for getting around Dresden quickly. Right in front of the rail station, it is not noisy and it allows you to quickly jump on a train in a few minutes. It is also well connected to the tram network and there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is quite complete.
Hard to find something worth mentioning. Personally speaking, I found the pillows were too thick.

The hotel is situated across the central railway station in Dresden (Dresden Hbf). It is an excellent location because, with the help of public transport, you can reach every important place in the city and the region.
If you are a member of IcH, you will get fast-speed Wi-Fi for all your devices and a free city ticket for public transport.
The reception is open 24/7, and they are very helpful.
The room is very spacious. You have a working desk and a line of closets.
The bathroom is excellent; you have everything that you need there.
The buffet breakfast is excellent and can prepare you for the day. Huge variety of food. From sweet to salty breakfast. Everyone can find their own food.
Overall, the hotel is excellent.
