This Ibis hotel is centrally located, very clean and great value. The tram from the train station stops right outside and for self caterers Rewe is across the street.

The location is excellent. It’s just a short walk from the old town, right next to a large shopping centre, and very well connected with nearby tram stops. Everything you need is within easy reach. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. We were able to check in about an hour and a half early, and a late check-out until 12 is available.
The room was quite small and not very comfortable. There were no power sockets next to the bed, which was inconvenient. The shower worked well at first, but we had no hot water for two days, which is unacceptable. There is also a gap in the shower door, so water leaks into the room. When the sun hits the room, it becomes hot, and the window can only be opened slightly. The ventilation system didn’t seem to work despite trying to adjust it. The toilet doors don’t close properly, and there was a slight unpleasant smell coming from the toilet and even in the hallway.

This should be in the square below: The sheet of the bed was wrapped around the overlay, but not the mattress itself and so in the middle of the night I slipped off the bed with the overlay and sheet......
