The front desk staff, particular the gentleman who checked us in. He even personally made sure our luggage was delivered to our room. The bathroom tub was luxurious. The lounge was comfortably quiet and stocked well with great snacks. You cannot beat the location. Great breakfast.

Excellent location, very quiet, comfortable, friendly staff, spa, stressless stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
Please insist on the cleaning and also the changes of the cups in the spa area.

The location was excellent, staff were helpful and courteous and the breakfast was the best i have ever experienced anywhere.
I think the spa facility could have been better. The hours of operation did not accommodate early morning use.
