Best location in Dresden in the very middle of The Old Town. Specious and comfortable room, professional and friendly staff, very good breakfast.
No place in the underground parking dedicated for disabled people. Had problem to get in/out of my car due to the lack of space between vehicles.

It is an excellent location, but after carpet cleaning, the smell inside the 5th floor was unacceptable.

Extremely professional staff. Do not shame anything at there!!! Be a brave! Everyone else is the same situation. Life is now and you have to learn new things. It is not necessary to be totally quiet in the sauna. But if someone do not like to speak for others, do not force them for it. Do not speak too much. This depent between people. Everyone know the common rules and common sense. If you are nice to others, you can trust, that others is nice to you too. Anyway everything works well in the Spa and people are very friendly and good peoples. So perfectly experience. Amazing! There is good massages service also.
Breakfast. There is too little things... and too less options. Maybe water is too expensive just now. I really do not know what's going on in the hotel services in the germany...
