The hotel is strategically located in Altsadt, and with the most famous sights just a stroll away. We also enjoyed the 24-hour wellness facilities, from which you can also access the rooftop, where you can have a nice view of the Frauenkirche. The room is spacious and clean, a great value for the price.
Since we are also travelling with a pet, we are happily surprised to find that there is also a prepared bed, cutlery, and treats for our cat.
This is definitely our first choice of hotel when visiting Dresden.

Location, general look and feel was classic upscale if a bit dated
Parking, room was very hot. Was a difficult to adjust, furniture placement made opening a window and blinds also difficult

Location is great! Near all the best attractions. Historical center. Good restaurants are near by. During our travel only they provide valet parking which is great choice when you are in a foreign country and parking is not a picnic.

Very comfortable hotel, perfect location and the nicest staff.
Friendly suggestion: have bigger higher quality bath towels. And for breakfast have a selection of local berries instead of low quality tropical fruits.

Great location. Staff super - especially Susa. - helpful. Beautiful spa with dry and steam sauna (although steam sauna didn’t work). Masseuse was amazing!
Depending on your room, you may have very loud noise at night from the restaurants. There is no place to unpack…. No dresser to put clothes in. No counter space in the bathroom. Suggest replacing desk with a dresser and widening the sink area. We ended up stacking clothes on the deep window sills. I also suggest booking this property directly with the better chance of getting an upgrade.

Beautiful hotel in heart of old town. Loved looking out onto the Fraukirche and beautiful square. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Thicker pillows but bed extremely comfortable. They do allow for asking for different bedding.
