Room was nice. Good size. Classic interior. Good bed. Clean. Location is excellent. Staff was very thoughtful and polite. The restaurant had THE best staff!! Very professional, kind and quick as well. Good advices for dinner and wines. Both staff members, the lady and gentleman had humour as well. Good vibe! The kitchen was excellent. Great chef and kitchen staff. We can recommend to book half board or just have your dinner there. Creative and tasteful food and very nice presented! Upon arrival l we got a little bottle with bubbles. Very nice and water with checking out. Really thoughtful!
The big cushions were a bit soft. Please paint the inside of the door in the bathroom. Old and classic is fine but not maintained is off. The interior of the restaurant is a bit old fashioned modern, but outdated.. and that in a nice classic hotel. Does not fit! And does not invite to eat there on first notice. That is pity. Still, it is clean and neat and the dinner and staff make it worthwhile to eat there. I gave all the plants on the 4th floor water in the long hallway. They were dying. The same we saw in the restaurant. Some bonsai kind plants had no leaves anymore and the mandarin plants were totally dry. When you have plants you have to treat them well or otherwise leave them out of your hotel. Parking of your car could be better explained. Outside round the corner of the street is a cheap parking place but outside. Q parking garage very nearby is nice but expensive!

Location, old charm , amazing room 417 , outstanding view of the cathedral and square .. staff were all very attentive and prompt to our requests , bed was comfortable and pillows were had early check out , they even organised our takeaway breakfast .. 10/10 for this hotel
Nothing but if I could say , the shower seemed to be an afterthought I guess as it’s an old charm hotel , toilet was large but shower tiny .. better than standing in the bath though

Everything in this hotel is perfect. More than 5 stars. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service top-notch, the building is very special, the experience is luxurious and understated at the same time.
