The restaurant is really designed for breakfasts rather than and evening meal. We chose to go into town.

Need adjustable holder for shower head to be set at angle. Had to hold shower head by hand to shower in bath.

Girl with red hair was very polite in the reception . Jacuzzi was also good.
Our stay had both positive and disappointing moments. Upon check-in, we unfortunately found cut nails in the shower and hair in the bathtub, which was not acceptable for a hotel of this level. However, the red-haired receptionist was extremely polite, sincerely apologized, and kindly upgraded us to a better room. Although there were still some hairs there as well, she personally cleaned everything herself, and we truly appreciated her attitude and effort.
What disappointed us later was the service from the blonde receptionist during our extension request. She was quite aggressive and charged us a higher rate for the room, even though the hotel itself had upgraded our room previously. In addition, even basic hospitality was missing — not even one complimentary bottle of water was offered, and when requesting water, guests are not warned that it costs €4.5 per bottle.
Overall, the kindness of one staff member saved part of the experience, but the inconsistency in cleanliness and customer service was disappointing.

A perfectly located downtown hotel with a very friendly staff. The rooftop bar is stylish and has a great atmosphere, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was absolutely stunning — spotlessly clean, which is surprisingly rare to find. The furniture and interior design are elegant, modern, and minimalist. One of the best places I have ever stayed in, especially for this price. Many guests have already mentioned this, but it’s worth repeating: valet parking is expensive, although that’s understandable for this type of service. A much cheaper open-air parking option can be found about 150 meters from the hotel, opposite the police station.

Amazing position, clean and beautiful room overlooking Frauenkirsche. Helpful staff. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Lovely spa premises to end the day.
