Very Good
+ For my purposes (I have a friend who lives just a few streets away), Hotel Klosterhof was superbly located; the city center is about 20 minutes away by bus (66 or 68).
+ The staff were very kind, and were happy to hold onto my bag for me after I checked out.
+ I was *very* impressed by the range of thoughtful touches that came with my room: a welcome packet of gummi bears on the duvet, house slippers, stationery, disinfectant wipes, a bottle of water, and even a dental kit in case I'd forgotten anything. Those little details mean a lot.
+ My trapezoidal-shaped room (thanks to the slope of the roof) had charming character, with a little alcove for the window overlooking town.
+ Spacious bathroom with ample shelving behind the sink.
+ I didn't get a chance to visit the restaurant (they were hosting a party the night I stayed here), but it looked fantastic.
- My only complaint was that the pillows on the bed were a bit stiff for my liking, but I'm sure many people would find them to be perfect.
