Great and friendly Staff. They could speak English very well mostly. In room no air-condition but I have got big fan and it was ok. Very nice breakfast. Very nice beer in hotel restaurant.
Quite hot in room. On the beginning I had problem with transportation but later on I knew exactly how to travel (bus 68 just 200m from hotel). No place to smoke after restaurant closing - had to go outside of hotel on very dark street.

The breakfast was good but items ran out fast if you came later so not an over abundant choice. Breads were warm and crispy and cheeses good but more fresh fruit would be a bonus! Had to ask to sit on the terrace as it seems most were expected to take breakfast inside!
On arrival the reception lady was not polite and seemed like she was in a bad mood. No friendly smiling welcome from any staff! The mini fridge was not working and was not fixed.

- Very friendly and helpful staff - Nice location, close to "Groer Garten" and very calm - Large, clean rooms with sufficient storage and good amenities
- Only street parking, but still free of charge - Furniture and general interior is quite old but still well-maintained - WIFI was not super stable

Good location for our purposes; in a quiet neighborhood and a nice, well-maintained old building. Excellent restaurant. we only planned to stay one night, but had to stay a second night, and the staff worked with us to make that possible.
Pillows were too high and bouncy; no coffee machine in the room.

There was a waste collecting truck right under the window at early morning - Fridays. But thats not in the hands of the hotel management.

Excellent breakfast, and lovely staff. The location was perfect for our purposes and there was easy street parking. The room was bigger than expected and there was plenty space and it was very clean.
There was no air conditioning so the room was too hot. The windows did open which was good BUT it meant we were frequently woken by church bells. The night we checked in was ok but the reception staff were not particualrly welcoming at that time. We were late to get to the hotel but I had been in touch weeks in advance to advise the hotel that this would be the case.

Spacious, comfortable room with windows onto a quiet courtyard. It was very quiet and removed from the bustle of the city.
The hotel info notebook offered a computer for Internet access, but the host told us there was none, only WiFi. We could not access the Internet at the hotel, which was an inconvenience.
