It waa convenient, close to the new city Dresden station. Staff was super friendly and premises was very clean.

The staff is wonderful and very friendly. Double room was spacious enough to accommodate 3 people. Location is close walk to central Dresden.
This hotel is overpriced. Our room was very outdated and it really needs to be renovated and the bathroom was tiny. What was worst is that breakfast is very mediocre. Typical cuts of meat, cheese, some fruits and vegetables. The breads tasted like they were store bought and the most disappointing thing is we were only served black coffee because anything more than that like latte, espresso or cappuccino was extra! In the 34 countries we've visited over the past 5 years, we've never experienced a hotel charging extra for those hot drinks when you're already paying for breakfast and drinks!

The room was nice and tidy, spacious, and well equipped. Really good buffet breakfast, great staff in the reception, and in the restaurant as well. Calm environment dispite the room is facing the street (our was on the second floor). Many restaurants in 10 minutes walking distance, 20 minutes walk to the center, one can use mass transport as well.
We didn't found any negatives. It was not the cheapest option but we booked one day before arrival, so value/money ratio was ok.

Perfect stay. I was amazed with the amount of space in the Ferienhaus.
