Alles! It was comfortable, with an Italian flair and everything that one wants in a hotel. Everything fancier is superfluous and the price is remarkable for the location and the comfort!

It was a comfortable bed and room. Very pet friendly. Very nice hotel, staff very helpful, and about half way between old town and train HBF station.
Location is about 15-20min walk to the old town and a bit further from other parts of the city and the tram did not come often to the hotel stop. It is great if you want a more quiet area, are traveling via train or want easy parking.
Unfortunately, we did not like the food and drinks

Everything was great. Parking garage is right at the hotel which is important in any big city. Good restaurant, good breakfast, the staff is friendly and helpful. Historic center is in 15 min walking distance.

Property was close to tram stop to travel into town.
Musty smell in the room. Bed was hard and pillows were far too soft. Very awkward to try and prop up and watch television from bed as pillows just sunk flat. Not great for sleeping on either. We requested tea making facilities and charged 5 euros. We were advised cleaning staff would replenish and replace dirty cups.They did not- disappointing. Luckily we had our own tea bags.

Placed well and easy to reach. It was well provided for in the variety of different food options. The extended time of breakfast to 11:0am was helpful particularly when arriving late in the evening. Staff were helpful and always ensuring tables were available to new guests.
