Property was close to tram stop to travel into town.
Musty smell in the room. Bed was hard and pillows were far too soft. Very awkward to try and prop up and watch television from bed as pillows just sunk flat. Not great for sleeping on either. We requested tea making facilities and charged 5 euros. We were advised cleaning staff would replenish and replace dirty cups.They did not- disappointing. Luckily we had our own tea bags.

Placed well and easy to reach. It was well provided for in the variety of different food options. The extended time of breakfast to 11:0am was helpful particularly when arriving late in the evening. Staff were helpful and always ensuring tables were available to new guests.

The location was great, one S-bahn Station or two from Hbf, and less 20 minutes walk to the city center and almost all tourist attractions. The hotel is big, classic and seemed to be very safe, authorized.
The hotel is old, to some extent, but its fine.

An exceptional stay at the Hotel Elbflorenz. Great and forthcoming hotel staff, at the reception, in the housekeeping and in the restaurant. A fantastic breakfast buffet, with wide and appealing choices, well-presented and looked after. The hotel is highly to recommend.

Room was OK, no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Room was very quiet and looking out onto the internal courtyard. Problem with bath / shower drain, water glasses not cleaned during our two night stay. Bottled water not replenished. Reception and restaurant staff very communicative and friendly. Evening meal in the restaurant was very slow to arrive for our party of four. Breakfast offering was very plentiful and of good quality. Perking available directly below the hotel.

Good comfortable fairly basic hotel. Very helpful staff. Good pizza restaurant and bar. Good breakfast with good options.
It was about a 25 minute walk to the centre of the old town. Although after all the schnitzel and sausage we ate - maybe that was a good thing! :)

The staff were friendly, nice and helpful. I let them know ahead of time it was my husband's birthday and they provided a little cake in our room to celebrate. Really nice touch.
