This is my second stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful!
Great location! Easy to find, just a few meters from Dresden Neustadt train station. About a 10-15-minute walk to the old town (Zwinger, Semperoper, etc.), close to tram and bus stops, and not far from another tram hub at Albertplatz.
The hotel is very stylish. The lobby is very nice and the bar is open 24 hours a day (definitely open until 12:30 AM, as it's verified ;-)). It's clean. Breakfast is very good and has a large selection of food, although it's a bit pricey (22 euros). The rooms have TVs with direct access to Netflix and YouTube (if you have an account and don't speak German). The rooms are equipped with a safe and a refrigerator.
I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Dresden again.
Even a small kettle in the room would be useful to boil water for tea (or another hot drink), as it's not always possible to go down to the lobby bar late at night (especially when you're already in your pajamas ;-) ).

Wonderful
I was nicely surprised by this hotel. It is a bit old fashioned but in a good way. The staff were very nice and the room and bathroom were really big and very clean. It was quiet and just beside one of the main train stations. I would definitely recommend it.

I was satisfied with the stay at Hotel Bayerischer Hof Dresden. This hotel is located close to Dresden-Neustadt station and also easily accessible by tram. The access to the heart of Dresden is quite easy.
The staff are kind and attentive. The room was spacious and cozy. Though my room faced to the street and the rail tracks, the noise did not matter, when I closed the window. Good value for money.
This is just for your information. Note that no air conditioner was equipped and there was just a fan, if you are intolerant for heat.

Another great stay here on the way to visit family. Staff extremely friendly as always, location ideal, clean and comfy and the Superior room was massive. Worth the small price bump.

The location is across the street from the Dresden Neustadt train station. It is within walking distance to many restaurants. Just a 15 minute walk to the center of town. The room is larger than expected. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The train tracks across the street can be loud in the morning. They use regular metal keys instead of electronic key cards.

The staff were very considerate of our needs travelling with a 3 year old and made us very comfortable, including with very helpful communication in advance and during our stay. Wonderful breakfast. I look forward to stay again!

Lots to like. Loved having a bedroom and a separate living area with couch, table, and arm chair with lots of space to do exercises. Mega TV screen to watch Netflix (in both rooms!! ) Big plus having a bath, when most places only have a shower. Pleasant 15/20 min walk to get to the Neustadt or over the bridge to get to the Altstadt.
. Double glazing so good all the road noise, sirens, trains etc were blocked out. Magnificent breakfast. No way anyone could complain about lack of choice.!! We stayed 6 nights and there were different choices each day.
Just because I'm a Brit....no kettle in room. But that's most places in Germany it would seem.
Loved the salmon but didn't get it everyday.
