Delightful, characteristic Dresden hotel away from the noise and crowds of the tourist areas, a short tram ride from the old restored city centre and within reach of the attractive outer zones along the River Elbe and Neustadt. Friendly , helpful, welcoming staff. An excellent hotel to stay at for a break in Dresden.

I have stayed in this hotel on several occasion and have always been welcomed by great staff, there is a good selection for breakfast and the rooms are cleaned to a good standard, there is easy tram access into the town
I would prefer a double bed over the single I was given, but no real complaints from my stay there

They charged for the water bottle in the room 3 Euro. The person in line in front of me at check out they charged €3 for the tea she made herself in the room

Everything was great. Staff very friendly, great location that's easy to get to by tram and bus. Breakfast had lots of variety. The kitchen staff makes sure you are adequately fed.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and large. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. The property was very clean and inviting.
The location was ok, not too much close by…but relatively close to the city center of Dresden.

Lovely old hotel. I asked for twin beds but we got 2 bedrooms which was great as my husband snores! It’s not right in the centre but we got the tram in every day with a day ticket that can be used on the bus as well. Room was clean and beds comfortable, good shower
