Although it was an additional charge, the breakfast was excellent! I would definitely recommend it! The room was not the most modern, but it was very clean and very comfortable. In addition, I had requested a firmer bed/mattress, and I appreciate the hotel honoring that request.
The TV was not a smart TV, so I could not access apps directly through the TV. This is not a serious criticism, but it would have been nice to have. Also, the WiFi network was open/unsecured. This was not ideal.

A very large and comfortable bedroom. The staff were very friendly. The location is by the river and an easy walk into the old town.
It would be nice to have a kettle to make tea or coffee in the room.

Liked the location -- easy walking distance to all attractions in Altstadt. Room was large with beautiful view over Altstadt and Elbe River. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The Reception staff were very helpful, friendly and spoke perfect English. The hotel was quiet, and I was given a quiet room as requested. You can still view the landscapes of the Altstadt as the lifts and stairs have a front view with opening windows to allow photography. About 25 minutes walk to the main station, through the Altstadt, and very close to the river steamships.

Great location, very close from old town. I brought my bike with me, they have a secure storage for it. Beautiful dinning room. Confortable room with view to the Old town and the Elba river
