The location is great, just a 5-7min walk from the old town. The view from the room was fabulous.The staff is friendly and helpful.
The mattress was quite hard, the AC quite noisy, being located above the bed that is disturbing during the night. There was no shelf in the bathroom to store personal items. The hotel feels like max. 3 stars and needs a renovation.

THe rooms are very nice and well equiped. The bathroom is very clean and practical. The hotel is very calm, and it's a very good choice to stay there to rest in between the great and many amazing visits you can have in Drsden.
The bed is somewaht too stiff to be absolutely comfortable. The pillows and comforters are good, but you should ask for 2 blankets if you are 2 in the bed, as the double blanket is quite small and is not enough to cover 2 people at the same time.

Great location if you want to travel around, the place is next to the train stop. The room has basic facilities, the bathroom is spacious, breakfast is really good

Wi-Fi worked well.
- The reception staff doesn’t speak English — really inconvenient in a tourist city.
- My first room had broken heating, and in the second room the lamp broke right away.
- The floor was cold, no carpets, and the bathroom lacked basic necessities. According to the info sheet, you have to call for them every time — honestly, that’s tiring.
- They asked for a 50-euro deposit at check-in. Strange, considering there was no expensive furniture in the room. Small, but annoying. Completely surprising.
- Cleaning and towel changes happen every other day; fresh towels were only brought when I asked, which is really unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.
