The location is perfect, the bathroom is excellent, and the cleaning is impeccable.
- The internet constantly asking us to sign in REALLY annoyed us. - We would have appreciated having at least a refrigerator in the room. We understand that there is one in the kitchenette on each floor, but since there is no way to secure it, one of our items was unfortunately taken. - The lack of a stove in the kitchenettes was also a bit inconvenient for us. I'd not recommend this place for longer stays. - The sound insulation was not great, though this is understandable given that the building is quite old. - Finally, the access password for the building was incorrect when we arrived. Fortunately, a lady helped us by calling someone from the hotel, and the issue was eventually resolved.

Excellent location and wonderful staff. Rooms were large and spacious. Plenty of restaurants, transport, and other amenities within walking distance.
Wi-Fi was erratic, especially at night. Future guests should note that this is a guesthouse and not a typical hotel, so you don’t get all the daily typical hotel services (cleaning, etc). Reception only there on weekdays. Breakfast was fair. Regardless, a nice place if you don’t require all the “perks”.

Absolutely the very best location with easy public transport and a lovely bakery just around the corner. Just a few steps from the park, castle, river and Frauenkirche and a huge choice of restaurants. Staff especially kind and helpful. They did a basket of washing for us for 5€
Aircon is just a normal fan. Not all kitchens have hob and oven, just microwave and fridge, no freezer.

The location is absolutely amazing. You are in the heart of the action and less than 5 minutes from a major set of tram stops that will bring you to most parts of the city and to the door of the main train station. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is nice and takes place in a lovely space with an open terrace. There is a general terrace to enjoy all day long. Rooms are very nice. WiFi is excellent. Air Conditioning is very helpful during the very hot days. Would strongly recommend.
