I have stayed before and was able to get breakfast in the executive lounge but this time. Wish that was still an option.

Location was great! A short walk in one direction to the Tram and in the other to the Center of the City. Our room was exceptionally large as it featured a separate living room from the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was impressive and offered lots of choices. We filled up and then could skip lunch.

Superb choices for breakfast. Concierge who took our luggage was extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean.
You lost a mark due to the reception staff ignoring us on arrival and did not acknowledge us or apologise for keeping us waiting. The only time they smiled was when we were leaving.

Toilets in lobby accessible only with hotel room card was surprise as we had only one room card.
